Costume-Con 26 Community Fair and Fan Tables
About the Community Fair
Posted: January 25, 2008
The Community Fair (commonly referred to as "Fan Tables" at many conventions) is a space for local groups and organizations to publicize their work and/or events to the members of our conference. Cultural groups and agencies, museums, performing arts groups, costume groups, wearable/textile/fiber art groups, and other conventions are all invited to apply for space in our Community Fair. Tables will be located near the meeting rooms used for our instructional program, offering high visibility for you and your group. The CC26 Community Fair has a moderate number of tables available for such groups. There is no charge for the space, but we do require that folks staffing the tables have at least a day membership in our conference. Limited sales specific to the mission of the sponsoring group such as memberships are allowed in the Community Fair; it is *not* a substitute for a presence in our Dealer's Room. For information on reserving a table in the Community Fair contact community@cc26.org |
