Costume-Con 26 Membership Refund Policy

Costume-Con 26 memberships are fully transferrable (to someone eligible for that membership class) up to the beginning of the conference on April 25, 2008. Contact registration@cc26.org for information on how to transfer a membership.

In the event of hardship, you may apply to registration@cc26.org for a refund. There is a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee in the event your request for a refund is approved. There are no refunds after March 25, 2008.

At-the-Door Weekend and One-Day Membership Rates for Costume-Con 26

The following membership rates will be in effect at the door for Costume-Con 26:

Full weekend membership: $110
Friday only membership: $35
(includes the Friday evening Social)
Saturday only membership: $45
(includes the Fantasy and Science Fiction Masquerade)
Sunday only membership: $45
(includes the Parallel Dimensions in Design runway show and the Historical Masquerade)
Monday only membership: $20
(includes the Monday night Mouse-Kerade)

One-day memberships are not available in advance; they may only be purchased at the door.

Discerning readers have no doubt already deduced that purchasing one-day memberships for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is more expensive than buying the full weekend membership. Why not save even more by registering online right now? For only five dollars more than Saturday and Sunday one-day memberships combined, you can have a full weekend attending membership!

Because....
A. At-the-door cost of an adult weekend membership will be significantly higher than the pre-registration rate of $95.
(Folks who voted in site selection at Costume-Con 23 are still entitled to a $10 discount.)

B. Kids' memberships are now available! Since we are planning a special track of children's costume programming, we hope these rates will make it attractive for those of you with families.

- Children 5 and under* may attend for free (when accompanying a paid adult) with a Kid in Tow membership.
- Youth memberships (age 6-12 inclusive*) are available for $35.
